Have read through this forum, but can’t find a solution.
Eaton UPS is connected to a router running pfSense. NUT installed and working on pfSense (router recognizes and responds to UPS changes). NUT on pfSense is configured to allow remote access.
Home Assistant running on Docker on Synology DS1522. On unrelated Linux machine, “nc -zv 3493” responds, so pfSense/NUT is listening on port 3493.
In Home Assistant, I am able to go to Settings/Add Integration and when I search for NUT it finds Network UPS Tools (NUT), so apparently NUT support is present in Home Assistant. If I click on it, I get a dialog box asking me to connect to NUT server. No matter what I type in the fields of the dialog box I get “Failed to Connect”. Have tried very many variations of what to type into the dialog box, but nothing works.
Help?
