Is there a way to get the battery level for the Oculus Quest remotes (hands) ?
My use case is to remind me to replace/recharge batteries before certain events in my house
i haven’t seen a way to pull them in yet but if we can find it we can definitely add it.
I found in a forum thread that this command can be used:
adb shell 'dumpsys OVRRemoteService | grep Battery'
Is there a way to send this command?
No there is no current way to run that command from the app.
It is bluetooth- any BLE experts in the Oculus world?
My wife got one for Christmas- all I can say is, wow. Games have come a long way since I played 8-bit games.
our log viewer in app uses this method.
Settings > Companion app > Show and share logs
if you see logs then yes it works
