I have HA 2021.4.5 installed. I’m attempting to update ZwaveJS to MQTT from 0.11.0 to the latest release 0.12.0, and the UI does something buggy in the browser every time I’ve attempted it:
- click “update” in the add-on
- click “cancel” to bypass creation of a snapshot–I get full snapshots before updating anything, anyway, but whether I cancel or not it doesn’t seem to make a difference
- The sidebar gets duplicated, and returns to the add-on page
I can keep doing this and create as many duplicate sidebars as I want to. The only way out is to refresh the UI. I’ve seen this before, but it’s usually gone away with a refresh and allowed me to update; no longer is that true. I can’t update. I’ve cleared all cookies. Using Chrome 90.0.4430.72.
EDIT: Several hours later I’ve successfully updated my add-on… but when the UI reloads after the update, I still get two sidebars. A quick refresh takes care of it.
