Odriod C2 img cannot get link up and dhcp

I downloaded the latest 2.12 version of Hassio for the C2. Flashed and view boot messages via console, but there is no network link hence no dhcp. I also done the static IP but still no network link.
Has anyone tried the 2.12. on the C2?
