The Odroid N2L is now available. A little more performance than the N2+ but smaller than the XU4 and the C2. More like the size of the Arduino UNO.
It has a USB2 and USB 3 port (no ethernet port). Great for Wifi BT Combo and Z-Wave+Zigbee combo.
This is a deal breaker in my opinion.

Do you know, if there is a software or an image which I can use on ODROID-N2L (booting from microSD)?
I have this device at home and before I am buying a Raspberry I thought, I could use this tiny thing…
