Is there any way to access HA via Internal Connection URL with base_url confugured?

Yes

  1. use your lan dns to point your base_url to the home assistant machine; or
  2. Use NAT reflection https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/book/nat/nat-reflection.html
