Old phone died completely. Best practices to migrate everything to new phone

I cannot access my old phone anymore. I want to know the best practice to add my new phone to HA, and, if possible, be able to switch all instances of old phone to the new phone in various Automations.

Or do I have to go to each one and do it manually.

Running on Android.

I would add the mobile app to the phone then name it the same as the app on the old phone.

That should make it so that when the entities get imported to HA they will have the same entity id’s.

If not then just rename them manually to the old ones.

Then you won’t need to change anything else and it should all work.
