Older BNC Security Cameras

Hey Folks, I moved into a house that has quite a number of security cameras set up to what was a traditional recording box with BNC connectors. All of the hardware outside of the cameras and wiring was removed before we purchased the house.

Does anyone know of a box/system I could use to get these into HA? The cameras are fairly decent and already powered, so it would be nice to use them as is and in place.

You can usually get the analog Camera streams from the NVR over ethernet

Just need to find an analog recorder that is still available

I think these just change the signal to ethernet and then back for longer runs instead of being addressable. I hadn’t thought of installing a new NVR and tapping into that!
