On HA 2021.5.5 but supervisor still on 2021.04.3 - OK?

Hi,
one of the most confusing thing about HA I find is all the different installation methods and how to keep them updated. I am running Home Assistant OS 5.13 on a VM in ESX. I have followed all the update notifications and clicked Update.
I now wonder if my supervisor version is lagging behind and if this will cause any issues when the June release is pushed out? If it is lagging behind - why and how can I solve this?

On Supervisor → System I now have:
Core: core-2021.5.5
Supervisor: supervisor-2021.04.3
Host: Home Assistant OS 5.13

Thanks,
/Mattias

The core and supervisor versions are completely seperate as they are developed by different people with different release schedules. There is no correlation between the versions.

If the supervisor system page does not give you the option to update then you are most likely on the latest versions (you are, as of now).

You can check the latest releases here:

Thanks - looks like 2021.04.3 is the latest supervisor.

Yes it is the latest. The supervisor is updated automatically, so you really don’t need to worry.
