Onboarding page is blank after re-install, cannot use HA - Windows

Hi, I recently uninstalled HA due to upgrade problems. I then re-installed it. I’ve done this a few times now, when I launch it in the browser, I get a blank page with nothing but the HA logo on it. Please can anyone assist?
incognito window does the same so it must be HA rather than my browser.

have you loaded http://localhost:8123 in a browser?

yes, it forwards to /onboarding.html which is blank

I would have put $100 on it being edge. Try Chrome.

I just tried Chrome and it shows the login fields.
Should have tried that first.
