I have had this happen before and I do not know what causes it. I know how to resolve it just looking for advice if anyone knows what I may be doing to cause this to occur. Basically Node Red will act like there is 2 instances of HA as you can see in the pics.
It happens importing a flow, usually. I assume the single node that is using it is the rouge one. Navigate to that node change to the right server then delete the bogey and deploy.
You can use the scrubber to avoid that in the future.
