The local hockey club has 2 rainbird computers for sprinkling 3 field pitches, required for every game
We experienced problems with the original rainbird app used by multiple users.
For that reason I introduced HA to replace the app. Instead of generating an account for
all the 30 user, I suggested to make 1 account used by all the 30 users. Does the system
allows that ?
You can do this. It’s a really bad idea, but you can.
As Nick said, you can’t remove access from somebody without removing access from everybody. If somebody leaves, you have to either accept they have access forever, or force everybody to use a new password.
My recommendation - do it right. Give everybody their own account. Then you know who did what, and when people leave you can remove their access.
