One Camera doesn't have an snapshot

So one of my camera even though it stream fine. It doesn’t have an snapshot on the front end. Any idea as how to fix this?

The isolated Driveway is subject of the problem the rest of them just work fine. I have deleted and readded it, changed its name nothing seems to work. This has to do with the database within the HA. cause the only think I didn’t change was the ip address and of course the login credentials.
