Ongoing notification for “login attempt failed” for my iOS app

I’m getting periodic “login attempt failure” notifications in my HA notifications area and I’m not sure why. My iOS app device is named but not sure why I’m getting this notification because my iOS app authenticates fine.

If the device wasn’t named, I wouldn’t thought it was some rogue client trying to auth or a misconfigured component.

Any ideas?

I get those too with our four android devices every now and then.
I just don’t bother anymore. It doesn’t happen that often to be an issue.

The issue is that if I turn on IP ban feature eventually I find that there are bans happening to legit clients. Annoying.

That has happened once.
Then I changed the attempts to four and it has not happened since.
