Onkyo integration setup failure

Hello Im trying to hook up my Integra DHC-80.6 to HA via the Onkyo integration. The integration can discover it but then fails to setup claiming that

“Input source list cannot be empty” and the “Listening mode list cannot be empty”
and my googling ability seems to be failing me as I cant find anyone else having experienced this. Thanks ahead for any insight you can give

well nothing like a day to sit on it and a reboot or two to fix things. The setup process is working fine now :man_shrugging:

I guess for anyone else whoever gets this just do a full reboot of home assistant and the receiver?
