Hi,
I was wondering whether or not it is possible to open a dashboard subview as a pop-up on the requesting dashboard. Preferably in a kind of lightbox-style (with the background becoming darker).
I’ve looked at browser_mod as this offers the option to display a pop-up containing cards. However i fail to see how I would go about displaying a subview (URL) this way.
Anyone here that has succeeded in doing this and able to push me in the right direction?

Browser_mod offers pop-ups, yes. But not for entire dashboard subviews.
If you think otherwise, please show me an example\code.
Browser mod pop-ups can be sized as you wish and they contain cards. How is that different than subviews?
Look at my signature for example pop-ups I use.
It is far easier to edit a (more or less) complex subview than it is to edit a horizontal or vertical card which has a lot of cards embedded. Besides that, using subviews can also provide a more logical seperation in a dashboard system (depending on how you use it of course…).
So, to me this is something different entirely from popping up a card.
