Open source CM4 board with a lot of features for HA

I just finisehd an open-source board in order to run HA with different peripherals. Included:

1. Direct rapsberry 7" TFT with touch + power supply
2. POE power supply
3. RJ45 Ethernet
4. NFC reader
5. PCF85063 + CR1216/1220 RTC
6. Micro-SD
7. USB host
8. USB device with automatic switch for eMMC flashing
9. 4 wide range isolated digital inputs
10. 2 photo-mos digital outputs
11. 1-wire bus
12. 100mA RGB led drive
13. FTDI type console UART
14. RX22 433MHz radio
15. Buzzer
16. Main +3V3 can be fed through local DCDC if required
