Open up phone dialer on tap action

Use case:

Using home assistant on my android phone. Tap a picture entity to open up the dialer on my phone to a particular number or even start a call to that number.

Is this possible?

You can try to use e.g. tel://99887766 as the url in a tap_action

That seems to work pretty well from the home assistant app.
