I would love to see the ability to use functions in the OpenAI Conversation integration. I have been using the extended_openai_conversation (GitHub - jekalmin/extended_openai_conversation: Home Assistant custom component of conversation agent. It uses OpenAI to control your devices.) but it appears to have been abandoned. I would love the Functions feature to be added. I have functions that are very useful like searching google (extended_openai_conversation/examples/function/google_search at main · jekalmin/extended_openai_conversation · GitHub) and others. These have proven very valuable and I believe many others would take advantage of them quickly and allow us to build out functions that we could all consume and improve the abilities of our OpenAI integration. If this is available now then perhaps we need some documentation as I only see the ability to provide a prompt. Thanks to all for your hard work. I truly appreciate it.
