Opencv doesn't work

Hello, i get the following errors!

[homeassistant.components.image_processing.opencv] No opencv library found! Install or compile for your system following instructions here: http://opencv.org/releases.html

What can i do?
I use Home Assistant 0.47.0 and Supervisor 0.37

same issue here on a Ubuntu 16 VM

Is the component supposed to install opencv itself?

Where is hass looking for the library?

 (hass) hass@hass:~$ sudo pip3 show opencv-python
Name: opencv-python
Version: 3.3.0.10
Location: /usr/local/lib/python3.5/dist-packages

should it be in the install folder here?

/srv/hass/lib/python3.5/site-packages
