Did Opower PG&E break two days ago? I’m not getting data for yesterday and I got an error in the log about THERM

I went back to 2026.5.2 and it is reporting with no error.
Is there a way to get the log after it’s been cleared?
It has not reported anything for yesterday. When does it report the previous day? I don’t how to find real time logs for Opower to see what is happening.
