Is there anyone who is using Oppo A38 smartphone with HA companion App?
I am having BIG problems with this device as the created device tracker too often is not working as expected and subsequentially many automations do not work.
Too often when the smartphone is in not_home state, the tracker stays in home state for many minutes… this doesn’t happen with all the othet smartphone of my family.
settings > companion app > troubleshooting > location tracking
look at the reports there, do you see anything failing to send or being skipped that are not duplicates? Thats the best place to start.

EDIT: restarted HA and now it seems working again… i’ll check it!
