I am not sure if this is possible with the way home-assistant works but it would be very helpful to have this possibility and it would make the condition-types more consistent.
The reason I personally could use it is that I ran into this issue recently and I had to create extra entities just to be able to work with conditions like that in scripts. In short: I wanted a condition to pass if the values of 2 different numeric states are identical for a specific time period.
