OS update 10.3 keeps reverting to 10.2 on VM

I run HA on a VM (VirtualBox), normally works well but I find that when I run the update of the OS to 10.3, the VM ends up going back to 10.2 after a full reboot say a week after the update. Not sure why it keeps doing this but I have installed 10.3 over 6 times now.

The system clearly says it is 10.3 when it restarted after the update but over time it will end up back at 10.2

Anyone else seeing this?

Hello, this is happening to me with some slight differences.
I am running HA on an odroid M1
Installation of OS 11.0 keeps reverting to 10.5.

Anyone can help?
