OS update crashed my HASSIO installation

H all,

I tried to update to last OS version and the system crashed. If I remember correctly, I had 4.13 and the version proposed to update was 4.18. Additionally, I had Hassio 0.116.

I’ am trying to enter via CLI to restore the snapshot but I get the following mesage: home assistant CLI is not running. Jump into emergency console…

There is any way to restore my backup or any other way to fix it?

I assume you have powered off the Pi and tried rebooting it first?

If so, the fastest and easiest way - save your snapshot on your PC, download and flash the latest image, boot, restore your backup.

You may also have breaking changes between versions that will need to be corrected.
