OS won't start after update to 8.2, restore backup did not help

Hi,

After update to home assistant 8.2 it won’t start. I have tested via cli to restore the snapshot just before the upgrade but I still get internal server error 500 when trying to access. Accessing observer works and it says everything is connected and up an running.

For example trying to use cli command gives me the error “blocked from execution, system is not running - CoreState.STARTUP”

Any ideas on what to try?

Supervisor logs displays a lot “supervisor.homeassistant.api Can’t update Home Assistant access token!”
