Looking for a zigbee outdoor temperature sensor that can be bought on amazon. Can anyone recommend one?
I’m using an aqara temperature sensor and it seems to be holding up well. The reported temperature is very close to the forecast temperature.
I’m in the UK so the outside temperature range is about -5 to 35 degrees Celsius. In more extreme conditions this sensor may be unsuitable.
How long have you had it outside? Any issues with it failing in cold / wet locations?
I put it out in the summer. It may be too soon to make a judgement. It hasn’t seen snow yet.

Cool. I might have to do that. Any issues with connectivity being outside and the controller being inside the house?
Well, yes, but I now have several coordinators like 220v bulbs or ac switches to get decent coverage
Interesting I’ve found the motion sensor to be very flaky, in fact I went and got one from ThirdReality and its been much more consistent in giving motion detection…
