I’ve set up the Ovo Energy integration successfully but it doesn’t show up in the Energy Dashboard as the cost entity is on GBP not GBP/kWh (or similar).
Any idea if this can be fixed?
Ovo’s API appears to arbitrarily go down or get blocked quite frequently at their end.
I wouldn’t say they’re in the business of helping their customers record their energy usage if it assists in saving money on your bill.
I’ve called before and they say they do not officially support the monitoring for their customers, and won’t likely want to fix/improve it.
It works… For about 4 days, then will go down for the remainder of the month until it randomly splurts out information that isn’t even correct until the next day it updates. (At 3AM)

Someone who’s been messed around with by OVO installing 4+ meters that didn’t work, and never got energy usage oh their display devices, nor via their servers. Please, this supplier will probably not be fixing it in the next year. It’s been this broken since they implemented it years ago.
Interesting. Disappointing but good to know I shouldn’t bother fiddling with it to try and make it work.
Edit: I wonder if there are any UK suppliers with good API / smart home integration
