I have been using the Owntracks Cloud Webhook for a number of months with zero issues. My wife and I both have Android phones.
I recently removed the HASS Cloud component and have set up everything with Let’s Encrypt and DuckDNS (I also had this same setup before the remote access for the Cloud component was released). This all works great and I have remote access.
Now I removed the old OwnTracks Cloud Webhook and I re-added the OwnTracks integration to get the host URL and the encryption key.
I followed the setup guide to the letter for setting up OwnTracks on Android, but now the app just gives me an error under the “Status” page showing: “Error: Endpoint state, SSLHandshakeException, CertPathValidatorException: Trust anchor for certification path not found”
I have no idea what this means and can’t seem to find anyone else with this issue… Does anyone have any idea how I can get OwnTracks working again at this point?
