Owntracks on Android - Multiple Map Markers

Have tried using OwnTracks on Android with HA (Private HTTP) method. For most part the presence tracking works ok, havent tested much now. I have SmartThings Presence sensor and a Tile in my key chain too to assist in presence tracking confirmation.

However on the Map (which is bland plain anyways), I can see two things

  1. With my actual home locations (a door and arrow like symbol), I can also see a Home Icon on another offset location which aint my home or past location at all. Dont know from where is it appearing from. Is it something to do with Reigon setting in the OwnTracks app, like a home zone perimeter. I have kept it too short like 50m anyways.

  1. All my Tiles (i mean the hardware BLE thing trackers), and my SmartThings Presence tracker and the OwnTrack icon appear at the same location on the map, hence all icons seem to be overlapping each other, with no meaningful information sense. Can I selectively choose which entity icons are to be displayed on the map.

And…can this black and white era map be replaced by google-ish color maps.

The HOME icon and zone relies on the Latitude and Longitude you give it in your configuration.

Home Assistant doesn’t look at Owntracks region. It only gets the location from Owntracks. Zones set up within Owntracks are for Owntracks only.
