Owntracks - person is not identified in the zone

Guys, there is a remote instance, on it I have a tracker of my device through Owntracks, but I’m observing an interesting thing, now I’m in zone X, obviously I’m in it, but in this zone the number of people is still displayed as 0. What’s the problem?

When I’m in the home zone where this HA instance is located, the zone shows the correct number of people in it, my tracker is counted correctly.

Any ideas?

Is this device set in your person record?

Settings → People → Anton → Select the devices that belong to this person

Sure, state of this device tracker is showing me correct zone X right now + if I arrived to its home zone, as I describe above, home zone is chow correct count of people in it.
