I may have found, at least in part, why my HA is so sluggish. When I start OZWCP and save the configuration, it is not getting written to the zwcfg_*.xml file. To test this I removed one of my devices using the Aeotec Z-Stick exclusion, plugged the stick back in and started OZWCP. The device was no long listed in the Z-Stick but when I saved the configuration from OZWCP it was not saved in the zwcfg file. I had to go in and manually remove the device from that file, then copy that over to the HA config directory.
Anyone have any ideas as to what the issue may be? I was thinking some kind of permissions issue but at least at first glance it does not appear to be and I am not sure how to check further to ensure OZWCP can write to that file.
