Have been working on trying to make my own p1 meter with the help of others. I was using the schema from:

The wemos d1 powers up when using external power as per other topic on this forum there seems to be some issues

contrary to the other topic when I disconnect the wemos d1 from external power it doesn’t stay connected to wifi and blinks blue.

My Smart meter is a KAIFA MA304, anyone else got this working with just the power from the p1 port?
