Panasonic light and switch integration. Anyone knows if it's possible?

Hi there.
I’m renovating an house in Japan, and I’d like to integrate some basic iot function (Air conditioner, lighting, heater, etc).

now. everyone here use Panasonic for all the electrical outlet, and I’m investigating their lineup for IOT products.

For example, I found this beautiful nob dimmer item which, if translation is not too bad, it’s actually electronically dimming (not reducing the voltage) which means is compatible with LED as well!
Of course it works fine with their own hub and controller but… is there a way to integrate all of these in Home Assistant?

For what I read, they use bluetooth protocol!

anyone have experience with it?

Thanks
Giulio

This supposedly controllable many ble led light brands

interesting, seems something like intecerpt communication via bluetooth?

First, you have to get the wireless adapter WTY2001.
Install GitHub - scottyphillips/echonetlite_homeassistant: A Home Assistant custom component for use with ECHONET enabled devices. · GitHub
Then you will have the lights in HA.

Next step, for light groups activation (scenes) and editing light groups, you can use this add-on I wrote and have just published:

I have 48 such switches at home (installed 3 years ago)

Once every couple of month one of them crash (as in, the switch doesn’t react to actual physical press anymore, until I stop electricity at the breaker level for 5+ seconds) but other than that, it works great!
Just wished they would not do group editing on their cloud server. At least the light scenes are all working on the LAN once sync.
