Password Needed To Log In

I have installed Home Assistant and have gone to localhost:8123 and the page shows up but it is asking for a password which i have no clue what it could be - how can i reset or find out what it is.

I have looked in configuration file and secret-answers, i see passwords in both and have tried them but still cant get by the page

Have you tried just hitting the enter key? By default no password is set.

yes i have tried that but gett error message - unable to connect
