PC not seeing Hass IO through SAMBA

Windows doesn’t seeing HA even after lowering the encryption level. Any ideas on what I should try next? Thanks in advance.

Weird my Macbook sees it… Bui my PC on same network doesn’t.

I’m pretty sure this is a Windows issue, nothing to do with SAMBA. Google it. Different fix for Windows 7 vs 10
