Hello,
I added a Bluetooth device via proxy and accidentally deleted it afterwards. HA no longer recognizes this device.
After searching the forum, I changed the ID and MAC in the core.device_registry file. However, even after restarting, the device still does not show up.
I also find the MAC of the device in the bluetooth.remote_scanners file. When I change the MAC in both files and restart HA, HA changes the MAC in the bluetooth.remote_scanners file back to the correct MAC.
I actually want to reconnect the device but can’t find a way. These are my only Bluetooth devices, so a reset of all Bluetooth devices wouldn’t be a problem.
Does anyone have a solution?
