Hi i want to buy a two Philips hue Centris (2 spot and 3 spot), and i go to the zigbee compatibility repository , and i see that this two product isn’t confirmed working with ZHA.
What I would like to understand, is if these lights will surely have problems with ZHA or if the lack of compatibility, is dictated only by the fact that no one has used / tested them yet?
If the integration doesn’t work, where should I report any problems?

Probably just that no one reported any issues with them. Do read these two sections in the ZHA docs:

Summary; connect the device and if do not show all config options then start a new Device support request issue at ZHA Device Handlers https://github.com/zigpy/zha-device-handlers/issues
FYI, lighting products do normally not use non-standard clusters and attributes so usually no problems.
