I have 12 lights like the one on the picture, is there a way to make them smart ?
They are likely controlled by a switch, why not make that ‘smart’?

Yes they are controlled by a switch, I have 3 switch for 3 zones with 4 lights each, but the switch have only 3 wires, 1 on one pole and 2 on the other pole (it’s not a 3 way switch) and all the smart switch i have seen on amazon they need 4 wires to operate. My first thought was to control each 12 lights independently.
