Phone Alarm Clock + HA + Google assistant

Hi,

I am trying to find a way for the next scenario:

1- Setting Time for alarm on my Android device (phone)
2- The time for wake up will do the followin:
a. Turn on boolean in HA
b. Start routine on google assistant
