Physical Wifi-based switches/dimmer switches/knobs? (i.e. not Zigbee)

Does anybody know of any Wifi-based physical switches, or dimmer controls?

I know that there are Zigbee based ones - IKEA TRADFRI wireless dimmer, Phillips Hue Dimmer Switch, Aqara Wireless Mini Switch.

And I’ve learnt I can connect these up using a Zigbee dongle (see earlier discussion).

However, I have pretty good wifi coverage in my apartment, with multiple enterprise-grade APs, and I figured it’d be easier to leverage this, than to try to get Zigbee USB dongles on every floor, and run SMA antennas for those.

Is anybody aware of any Wifi-based equivalents to the above?

Try Kasa or Gosund. They can’t control anything other than the current switch, but they work.

have a look at sonoff devices. i have several integrated into my ha setup.
