I have drawn our ground plan and will now put it in as a picture element. It looks good on a PC, but the app only shows a small gray square. If I use the demo image from HA, it appears fine in the app. The pictures have the same format and approx. same size 490x573 px and 31KB i have cleared cache in the app, restarted the server without it working. any suggestion of where the error may be
Is the image in the right folder and is lovelace pointing to the same place
Yes if i go on my pc and open home assistent it shows fine.it is only in the mobile app it is a little Grey square
Is the image accessible outside your local network?
e.g.

No it is local

where xxxx is the ip adress to my home assistant
Check the url the app is using to connect. Somewhere in the app settings.

Which is via the web and not your local network. Hence you cant see the image.
