I currently use pihole. I see Adguard being referred to a bit. The online discussions comparing the two I have found are a bit old.
Any reason to prefer one over the other?
Hi nickrout, I started with PiHole and switched to AdGuard some month ago due to easy usage of DoH / DoT. I don’t know if PiHole can do that now as well.
Meanwhile you can also easily do per Client configuration in AdGuard, e.g. only apply “Safe Search” to the childrens devices.
Easy means via the GUI in my case
