Pip3 install websocket-client for Samsung TV via Docker / Home Assistant

I have home assistantrunning on synology via docker and am trying to get the Samsung Smart TV Component working. It requires

pip3 install websocket-client
(https://www.home-assistant.io/components/media_player.samsungtv/)

Is it possible to install this via SSH into docker, or would I need Haas.io for this?

Looking at requirements_all.txt which is included from the docker file, websocket_client (and samsungctl) are already included in the image, so you have no need to do anything.

Ah thanks for confirming. TV’s are turning off (Sausungs) so suspect they are simply not compatible. Working fine with a newer LG
