I had a similar problem, plus adding the meter broke all my tuya products so this is what worked for me:
Add your device to Tuya app and check if Tuya IOT shows the meter correctly.
Disable in the Tuya official integration both system options (polling and add new discovered devices) and DO NOT reload the integration.
Manually add your meter in Local Tuya by simply using the right sensor scale (0.01 and 0.001 were fine for me).
At this point everything should work correctly, if you need to add another product all you have to do is remove the meter from the App and repeat the procedure.
Fingers crossed that the product will be supported as soon as possible
