Platform samsungtv does not generate unique IDs

Hi, I am having problems with the SamsungTV integration ‘Platform samsungtv does not generate unique IDs’

I have six TVs, two of the same model, it all works for a while then i get a log error.

as you can see i have only 5 devices, 12 entities, two devices are under one?

any help would be appreciated…

PS i have removed and added back many times as well as ‘one-time’ auth on the TV

I also add and configure from the GUI

I also have the following, TBH I am not sure what to do with this, I also do not have any HACS ‘add ons’ for Samsung, maybe I installed in the past?
