Play chirp sound through Google home mini

I’m trying to play a one second chirp sound through.my Google Home mini when a door or window is opened. This is more of an announcement than an alarm.

The problem is the mini plays a connection sound before it plays the sound rather than playing the sound straight away.

That, I’ve been told, is a Google related thing that cannot be surpressed.
