Playing mp3 as a notification sound on local tablet

Hi,

I have a local tabled that I control HA via app. I would like to play a mp3 file stored on HA server on the tablet speaker (like voice announcement that something happend - in this occasion when our dummy robovac has stucked and needs a hand). I have mp3 file already stored on the server (in /config/www catalog) but have no idea how to fire it up on tablet speakers

I use Wallpanel, and it can be easily done with this. The announcement can be TTS not sure if it will play an MP3 though.

need to try that one as I want to hide side and top bars as well. Was not able to do that last time.
