Are you using the standard SQL database?
If so delete your database and restart (search the forum, there are a huge number of posts about this).
You will lose your previously saved history data.
I have been using Maria DB for more than a year. I lost power and after that I am getting the warning. I reinstalled Maria DB and that didn’t fix it.
On my configuration.yaml:
