Popup card to use with hue lights

I have hue recess lights that i need to change preferably with a pop up rgb color picker.I am looking for a card that i can use with a slider with a popup rgb option.If that’s not possible then i prefer to have the rgb popup.
As I mentioned homeassistant is all new to me and i appreciate everyone’s input.

Click on the entity in your dashboard. It should pop up a card similar to this:
